The policy

How we handle a conflict

A conflict of interest arises where our interests, or those of another client, could affect the advice we give you. We are required to identify those situations, avoid them where we can, and disclose them to you where we cannot.

01We are independent and hold no shareholding in any product producer.
02Where a conflict cannot be avoided, we tell you in writing before you commit to anything.
03We do not proceed with business where we believe a conflict cannot be managed fairly.
04Any introducer or referral arrangement is disclosed on our summary of remuneration.

Any questions about any of this?

Ring us and ask. We would far rather explain it than have you wondering.

Book a call

Pick a date and time that suits you.

No sales pitch, just a conversation about what you already have, what it is heading for and whether we can improve it. You will get a written summary either way.
